  • What is this Advance Plus Loyalty Program?

    Advance Plus Loyalty Program is a loyalty card program powered by Rewardstreet.Com (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("RSC"), which allows Advance Plus Cardmember ("Cardmember") to earn Rewards at participating Advance Plus Merchant ("Merchant"). The Rewards can be used to redeem for products and services at participating Merchants.

  • How to join Advance Plus Loyalty Program?

    Cardmember can purchase the Card at the participating Merchant or log on to www.rewardstreet.com.my to apply. You can immediately use the Card to earn your Rewards.

  • Is there a membership fees to apply for Advance Plus Card?

    No.

  • Is there annual fee for Advance Plus Card?

    There is an annual fee of RM10 every 12 months from date of joining to be deducted from the Rewards in the Cardmember's Card account every year until full deductions of the outstanding annual fee.

  • How do I register my Card?

    You need to SMS to RSC to activate your account for redemption purposes.
    SMS Key in: <RSC><space><16-digits Cardnumber> Send to Short Code: xxxxx or log on to RSC website to register your Card.

  • Is there a supplementary card?

    No.

  • If I lose the Card, is there any fee on replacement card?

    RM10 replacement fee per card will be charged for damaged, lost or stolen Card.

  • What should I do if my Advance Plus Card is damaged, stolen or lost?

    Lost or stolen Cards should be reported immediately to our Customer Service at 03-5192 2422. Upon receiving a replacement fee of RM10 from Cardmember, a replacement Card will be issued to you. Your Rewards from your lost or damaged Card will be transferred into the replacement Card at the time of your report on lost or stolen Card.

  • What is the validity for Advance Plus Card membership?

    Your Card membership is perpetual.

  • How does the Advance Plus Loyalty program work?

    Just present your Card after you paid the Merchant with your credit cards or cash for eligible purchases of goods or services from the Merchant. The Merchant will swipe your card through the electronic terminal, which will record your Rewards transaction based on the purchase amount. Your Rewards entitlement will be credited into your Card Account in RSC computer system. You may redeem your Rewards accumulated at participating Merchants.

  • How do I earn Rewards on Purchases?

    Use your Card to earn Rewards on purchases from participating Merchant.

    For example:
    Participating Merchant agrees to grant 5% Rewards to Cardmembers when they make a purchase at the Merchant.

    Cardmember walks into Merchant outlet and makes a purchase of RM100 worth of products/services and makes payment by credit card or cash. The Cardmember's Card is swiped on the Advance Plus loyalty terminal provided by RSC.

    Cardmembers Rewards Entitlement of RM2.50 (5% x RM100 x 50%) will be recorded in the Cardmember's account

    The Rewards RM2.50 will be credited to your Card account for you to redeem products or services at Merchant subject to the terms and conditions.

  • How do I check my Rewards?

    Your Rewards available balance is shown on the sales slip you receive every time you make a transaction at participating Merchant. You may also call our Customer Service at 03-5192 2422 during office hours from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

  • Can I assign my Rewards to someone else?

    Yes, your Rewards in the Card account are transferable or assignable provided RSC received the request from Cardmember in writing.

  • How do I redeem my Rewards?

    Use your Card to redeem your Rewards accumulated in your Card account from the Merchant.

  • How do I know if I have sufficient Rewards in my Card account to redeem from the Merchant?

    You may either contact our customer service or check your Rewards balance from participating Merchants.

  • How long will the Rewards valid?

    Your Rewards earned has a validity period of 3 years. You may accumulate your Rewards and redeem the Rewards at participating Merchants.

  • Cardmember Rewards update

    Cardmember Rewards would be credited into Cardmember account provided the Merchant settled the Rewards payment to RSC. For any dispute on the Rewards entitlement, we would refer you to the participating Merchant.

  • Cardmember Benefits
    As a Cardmember, you are entitled to the following benefits:
    • Your Rewards entitlement is 50% on the Rewards received from the Merchant to RSC on all your purchases from the Merchant.
    • Redemption Rewards entitlement is 30% on the redemption made from the Merchant.
    • Lucky Draws- Part of the Rewards from your purchases and redemption will be accumulated for you to participate in the quarterly lucky draws.
    • RSC will SMS/email the Lucky Winners (Cardmembers) the Prizes won.
    • Results will be on the RSC website.
  • Charity

    Part of the Rewards from your purchases and redemptions from Merchants will be donated to selected charity organizations every quarterly. Charity Organisations selected for the donation will be on RSC website.

  • Are there any promotions for the Cardmember?

    You will receive email or SMS on all special Merchant promotions or privileges, special invitations to events for Cardmembers only and many more and also on RSC website.
